Please register your child(ren) for the new patient portal by Intelichart. It has so many great features!! You will be able to view your child's chart in My Chart, refill medications, send us messages, and request/cancel appointments.

Dear Back to Basics Families,
Hello!
We are happy to report that the pandemic is over! However, we are continuing to keep our office safe by having our patients over 2 years old who are sick wear a mask. Parents and children over 2 years old may wear a mask if they choose to for well visits. We are continuing our curbside check-in, but patients may enter through the front door. Please wait to be notified when your room is available to avoid sick patients in the waiting room. Our medical assistant will be ready for you!
We are continuing to offer PCR Covid/Flu/RSV testing when indicated. After the COVID pandemic, COVID vaccines have become privatized. We currently offer Moderna 6 months to 11 years old vaccines in the office. Anyone 12 years of age and older is encouraged to go the local pharmacy for the latest COVID vaccines.
